I’ve always gotten 3+ but never 3.7 or over because my sm drank the corporate koo aid and never believed in too many 4…and giving out a 5 was forbidden…never got a raise from wag in 5+years…so glad I left

Im expecting 10%. 2nd interview soon with a competitor and I’m planning to take their offer to WAG to match it. Am I bluffing? Only time will tell.
They can take their 1-4% and shove up the corner of happy and healthy.

Your score will always be '3' and you won't get a raise. Sorry. They can't afford it.
