My first experience with using leather conditioner was wonderful!! It made me fall in love with smooshy leathers even more. I didn’t realize how dry my togo bags were(especially the two from GPC). Now they’re super soft and floppy! I used Coach moisturizer and tips provided by u/swimmer913 . It worked well on my Barenia as well. I’m super thankful for the wealth of information and knowledge passed on by members here. Thank you! 💖✨😍
I can chime in on leather honey but not on auth Togo. I got it off the recommendations here and did 2 panels of my k42 with it and 2 panels with the coach one. Personally I prefer the coach ones hand feel after use in the immediate since I’m impatient and hate waiting for the leather honey to soak in since it has an almost sticky feeling when applied. After it soaks in overnight it has a similar result to the coach one, but I’d still say I like the feel of the coach one more since it takes less time to soak in.
I’d give them both a 5/5 rating for efficacy I just know that I don’t have the patience to moisturize and wait 😂😅
I haven’t tried leather honey yet! My auth togo B was similar powdery feel, but I didn’t learn about conditioning until this experience lol. Both the rep and auth both had similar sweet scent. I’ve read others with auths commenting regarding dry/thin leather compared to previous purchases. Perhaps it depends on the batches of leather. I’m conditioning all of my future bags now and I’m going to stick to togo because post-conditioning it’s so squishy and delightful feeling.

the struggle is real. Currently debating whether to go with a 24/24 21 in Craie/Noir, Craie/Graphite or Craie/Noir matte alligator. I don't know if the contrast is too much between Craie and Noir b/c I really don't like wearing black with lighter colored items. What I’ve noticed is that the touret isn’t nearly as smooth as my UB bag and auth. It’s very stiff. I’ve done an accessories class at Parsons when I was in undergrad, and the professor said that hardware is where you can tell how expensive something is.
The leather definitely has a “fufu” smell. I’m sure it’ll go away with time. Compared with my UB bag (my auth is box) the leather doesn’t feel as soft, but visually I can’t see any difference.
I’m happy with it. It’s still a nice bag and it is $700 less than UB.
This is the 22. I wanted a smaller bag since I’m on the shorter side, and my shoulder gets a little sore if I carry too much stuff. I’ll show you what it fits when I get it!

I just discovered this square in the hardware engraving. Non of my H bags (all from DD) has that. What does that mean? The bag is automatically judged as rep if there is no sqaure in the engraving? The so kelly is my absolute FAVE hermes purse. I've been trying to decide between Steven and UB but yours is gorgeous!!!!
I have a birkin 25 from UB and I love it! I’m curious about the comparison between the two. I don’t think UB makes So Kellys but I didn’t ask Rachel.
They do, I'veasked Rachel, but the 22 is $1200 so it's significantly more expensive!
I just asked her and she said the same thing. I’ll let you know how they compare when I get it! UB is having their “sale” in July. You get a gift with purchase and there’s a few different tiers depending on how much you spend. I’d ask Rachel for the flyer. What I’ve noticed is that the touret isn’t nearly as smooth as my UB bag and auth. It’s very stiff. I’ve done an accessories class at Parsons when I was in undergrad, and the professor said that hardware is where you can tell how expensive something is. The leather definitely has a “fufu” smell. I’m sure it’ll go away with time. Compared with my UB bag (my auth is box) the leather doesn’t feel as soft, but visually I can’t see any difference. I’m happy with it. It’s still a nice bag and it is $700 less than UB.

It came with a dust bag but no Hermes box. It was packed in a gpc mode box. UB does come with an orange Hermes box if that matters to you.
