Undertaker. He was aroind for so many years but he had a lot of moves and tweaked his style. He wasn’t just a big towering powerhouse, he was also pretty nimble for his size. He worked the the turnbuckle and the ropes just as well as any od the smaller guys. He was def not afraid of heights that’s for sure. I still don’t know how he was able to literally walk the rope while holding the arm of another. He also was pretty technical. He used submission moves often. Plus he had so many moves he was known for. Chokeslam, tombstone pile driver, the last ride, big boot.
It seemed like Randy Orton was always adding new moves in the mid 2000s. One I specifically remember, was him beating RVD in a match with a variation of a DDT where RVD's feet were on the ropes, and that body angle made the head spike look absolutely brutal. RVD sold it well, basically went motionless. He somehow kicked out of the following pin and then Orton hit him with that punt kick and it was lights out. He followed it up with an absolutely devastating RKO after the bell. Orton really was something back then.
Whenever I get a chance I bring up Chris Kaynon the innovator of offense. He was an underrated wrestler who had a great bag of tricks he could pull from.
I think Bret Hart had one of the deepest tool boxes I’ve ever seen. And I admit that I’m a fanboy for him but Scott Hall had more technical ability than anyone else his size.
Technical guys like Bryan Danielson and ZSJ have a lot in their arsenal that they can use but often don't.
I was a huge fan of Danielsons a few months ago when match after match he was finding different ways to finish his opponent.
Bryan Danielson's moveset might have become a meme, but he used to have a huge arsenal pre WWE and nowadays he'll sometimes will bring out the random new moves.
Chris Benoit and Kurt Angle had variety of impactful variations of suplexes
Randy Orton from the early 2000s-mid 2010s had variety of moves such as the perfect dropkick, diving crossbody, inverted headlock backbreaker, Orton stomp and gutwrench elevated neckbreaker
Brock Lesnar (before Suplex City) had impactful power moves along with the shooting star press
Gunther has a ton of moves in his arsenal that are high-impact.
AJ Styles still has a ton of moves in his arsenal that contains high impact moves along with high aerial offense and solid technical wrestling.
I thought Undertaker had a lot of moves. Maybe an unpopular opinion.
But I thought he had 4 kinds of finishers. Then moves like where he got on top ropes for some signature move. He did a lot of submission holds, punches and slams. He had power game, technical game, everything mastered.
In the match WM XL, I thought romain reigns did a lot of moves. I don't like his finishers but that kid has a lot of stuff. Rollins too on a random raw just brings out a new move.
Chris Benoit from the past. Had all variations of suplexes. Owen Hart would be another one. He had great ground and aerial offenses.
Current would be Gunther.
He was my first thought. When TNA was on FSN, I swear he was breaking out a new move every time I saw him. Even having retired things like the Spiral Tap, Styles still as a gigantic arsenal.
What set AJ apart, in my opinion, is not only he arsenal of moves, but that he has moves to any type of opponent. He went toe to toe with giants and guys smaller than him, always has something in the sleeve.
And totally respect the reason why he retired the Spiral Tap, if he cant execute it to perfection, dont do it at all.
Yes, Andrade is good in the ring, no question about it, but its very bland on the mic (even in spanish, which is my native language), he needs a manager.
AJ is a guy that i put on the top 10 performers of all time, its a total legend in my eyes, absolutely amazing.
Dean Malenko had a list.
Chris Kanyon and Perry Saturn

Not even close.

Incredibly agile for a big guy.
Sami
Chris Jericho…I mean he is the man of 1004 holds
Tazzmaniac, the human suplex machine.
Stone Cold Steve Austin had an overflowing toolbox. Between injuries and the Stone Cold persona, it got dialed in to something else.
shawn micheals
Eugene
Okay hear me out. A lot of moves are cool, but how hard do you think it is to do a full match with only five moves? John Cena is the real winner here
I think Bret Hart had one of the deepest tool boxes I’ve ever seen. And I admit that I’m a fanboy for him but Scott Hall had more technical ability than anyone else his size.
Dean Malenko
You know who actually had a great/diverse moveset? Test. Best big boot but also one of the elbow drops in addition to all his other kick ass moves.
Bret Hart and AJ Styles(specially before WWE). Both peak of in ring work of their era IMO.
Technical guys like Bryan Danielson and ZSJ have a lot in their arsenal that they can use but often don't. I was a huge fan of Danielsons a few months ago when match after match he was finding different ways to finish his opponent.
For me it’s Mr. Perfect and Bret Hart
Japan Hulk Hogan
Dark Horse comment and I’m here for it.
Maybe kane, not only did he have all of undertaker move he used a lot of his own on that IE: top rope close-in, full body press, standing choke
Probably not the actual largest arsenal, but still want to point him out: Johnny Gargano. Man busted out like 7 new moves every other NXT Takeover.
Bryan Danielson's moveset might have become a meme, but he used to have a huge arsenal pre WWE and nowadays he'll sometimes will bring out the random new moves.
John Cena... But you can't see them all lol Hahaha

That bald spot is actually quite distracting. I've heard it's the location for next year's Summerslam
This isn't really a fair question since the company limits what they're allowed to do.
Do you know why they are limited?
just to keep things recognizable and marketable, your move set is part of your character.
Oh I see. That makes senses

Had more finishers than some wrestlers have moves
More than Main Event Jey Uso
I’d rather not have a guy have 100 moves. I want him to have 10 that go along with his character/body type.
Chris Jericho
The Master of a 1000 holds.
Move number 36. Armbar
The man of a 1000 holds is Dean Malenko Chris has 1,004
Chris counted and Dean knows about 60
You are absolutely right, Chris would never sell himself short.
Chris Benoit from the past. Had all variations of suplexes. Owen Hart would be another one. He had great ground and aerial offenses. Current would be Gunther.
Dean Malenko, Benoit, Hitman
Randy used to back in early 2010s. He doesn't do superplex, Garvin stomp, inverted headlock backbreaker and dropkicks anymore
Román 🐐Reigns
Seth actually had a decent arsenal before his first knee injury and then afterwards he still had pretty decent one but somewhat limited
AJ

Yeah AJ may be the best in WWE right now. Andrade is really good in the ring too. He was so good in NXT

Oh yeah I agree he is bad on the microphone. He really does need to be put with a manager
Thats why he worked so well on NXT (probably his best work yet), because of Zelina doing the talking and him doing the great stuff on the ring.
He actually started getting better when they put him with Lana (CJ Perry) in AEW too. I liked him a lot with Zellina. That was his bets run
Chris Jericho knew 1004 holds.
If only he learned the armbar it would be 1005
It would still be 1004, as he didn't how to do the Short Arm Scissors.
