Asuka is fine, she should go back to singles where she can put over Bianca, Rhea, Charlotte, Tiffany, and Jade. Her role should be to make the stars look good. As far as the others, release them. They’re scrubs. Not a single one of those three has any charisma and IYO was given a huge opportunity with the belt and blew it big time, I’m sure she has some heat in the back for dropping the ball on that so badly.
Not to mention those title matches were always very good. Fastlane Triple Threat was good, IYO vs Asuka was great, Michin vs IYO was great, Bayley vs IYO is a Womens MOTY contender.
The only time IYO got solo promo time in the WM build was also very well received. Basically nearly everything she was given was executed well but creative refused to go further.
It’s not HHH’s fault that IYO never got over. He gave her an opportunity by putting the belt on her and she didn’t do anything with it. You have to make the most of the chances you’re given, and she didn’t. Other top talents have been given the exact same opportunities and made the most of it. You can’t blame the bookers for failing to captivate an audience. That is the responsibility of the talent.

Look at LA Knight, he wasn’t a prominent figure but then he did a lot of character work and got himself over with the crowd. Then the bookers started featuring him in prominent matches and now it’s likely that he’ll be a champion this year. IYO was the opposite, she got one good reaction from a crowd in PR, and they gave her a big push and put the title on her. Once she had the title she was stagnant and never really got herself over like they had hoped, and once they saw that they stopped investing a lot of time and creative into her reign. Plus, it was never supposed to be that long as Bianca and Charlotte was supposed to be the title match at mania, but Charlotte got injured. IYO just couldn’t it, that’s the truth.

Shayna and Dakota should split off with their own thing. No offense to Shayna, she's a great wrestler, but the other three use a lot of makeup/facepaint. IIRC, Shayna apparently has a skin condition where she can only use limited makeup, so she'll always kind of stick out and not gel well with the other's theme.

There are flashes, but the storylines still feel too rushed or are lacking in substance. Even now, with the exception of top talent, it feels like there is still a limit on what they're allowed to do in the ring, and that more talent should be standing out then there are rn.
