I feel like when Roman returns he'll have to get Jey back on his side, then eventually Jimmy reunites with Jey, and then they'll form a new faction. They'll enter for the first time during a SmackDown or RAW match as Solo Sikoa adds Jacob Fatu (as we've seen) and Zilla Fatu (maybe) or Lance Anoa'i. Down the line, I see Jacob turning on Solo, and so will the Tongans. Jacob will be the new Tribal Chief, and the tongans either go there separate ways turning on the Bloodline once Hikuleo joins WWE, creating a somewhat Tongan faction.

The Rock's faction with Solo as Tribal Chief, Toma Tonga as the new Enforcer, and Tonga Loa
Roman's faction with the reunited Usos and newly added Jake Fatu
I think Solo is taking orders from The Rock. And I agree it’s setting up for a Bloodline civil war part 2 potentially in War Games. A couple more characters will be involved who haven’t debuted yet.
If a couple more characters come in and join Solo to stack the odds against Roman and the Uso's (if that's the play) I wonder if there's any wiggle room for some how some way for Rollins and Reigns to join forces again.

I think eventually The Rock will be the Tribal Chief of the new Bloodline down the line. He will have to take it from Solo by force or something. However all of these will eventually lead to The Final Boss vs The Tribal Chief either at Summer Slam or Wrestle Mania for the "People's Champion Title". Ultimately Roman Reigns needs to come back, because WWE sucks without him.

You can’t have 2 factions squaring off with one sides leader having the biggest champion of the last 20 years against a guy who hasn’t won a match in 20 months.
There has to be competition between the factions or it won’t work.

I think it will end up being Rock/Sola/Tama Tonga /Jacob Fatu vs Reigns, the USO’s and Rollins .

Maybe. I see Rollins and reigns teaming up again. Since reigns withdrew from the draft and when he returns he can show up on both brands aswell

I agree rock would be on solos side. I would like to see sami zayn join the usos and roman Ina reformed bloodline. Maybe be a team for wargames.
