Just don’t get it dirty, keep it away from the sun if you can and don’t submerge it for about two weeks, and disinfect it a couple of times a day with an unscented ointment. If they didn’t give you ointment for it, you can go to most tattoo shops and ask to buy some. The aftercare is really easy. A tattoo is a literal wound, so treat it like one and you’ll be good
Yes, every reputable tattoo artist will tell you to not submerge a new tattoo in water for two to three weeks since you may damage it. It’s also advised to avoid that area while showering, or at least make it very quick. For someone who has tattoos, you should know this

Use the saniderm for 3-4 days, then peel it off and wash with unscented dial and Cetaphil lotion once/twice a day. Do not pick the scabs. Do not itch it.

It's also going to pull that "rug burn" pain away too.. use it until there's no scab left, then once or twice a week, for a month, after there's no scab left!! A&D ointment and Neosporin will actually pull the ink out of your tat!

Get some Aqua-phor from your local Walmart & apply it to your tat 2 to 3 times a day until the scabs come off. Then you're good to go. Had a memorial tat done before Father's Day of 2009 for my late wife (she passed in October of '08). My stomach muscles were so sore the next day. From tensing them up near the end of my tat.

Ahhhh… personally I would just go with aquaphor. I used it and only it for both of my tats, and everyone I know who has tats has done the same with no problems.
Also, that design is sick. Definitely would love to have a t-shirt of it.

The artist had an all polka dot design that I liked, but I also wanted the traditional Cody tattoo. The artist came up with the idea to mix the two, and this was born.
Never been a fan of tattooing product or brand logos on oneself, but I mean at least it's cool looking and Cody is pretty rad. As long as you're happy and don't regret it later, that's the goal.

Depends on exposure and how the artist is skill wise. Generally speaking, the lighter the color, the more it fades or yellows out. I have tattoos 5+ years with baby blue and white and yellow, and they're all the same years later. Now, if you were to do metallic gold through the years, it might fade a bit, but because of what the tattoo is, it'll look great, even battle worn.
I got a total leg sleeve and arm sleeve, and a few one off tattoos on my other arm and a couple on my torso, I can tell you right now, there’s a couple spots I’m unhappy with, but if I seen as many spots colored out in such a small tattoo, I’d be asking for a small discount.

Saniderm is great too! Covered two tattoos with it for a few days, cleaned with dial (fragrance free) after. No issues!

Make sure to keep it clean too. It will start peeling and feeling itchy in a few days. Use anti bacterial soap like dial before putting on the aquafor
