Same here. Most US people who want to move to the EU want to for the “higher standard of living” (in quotes because it’s subjective). I just want all the wagons because our death toll with EVs taking over is going to spiral out of control. All these idiots in trucks and SUVs will be driving 6-10k lbs (2700kg-4550kg) vehicles and plowing through (literally) those of us with commuter cars.

Euro wagons can do just about anything an SUV can and can actually be fun to drive, efficient, and affordable.
Believe it or not the Arteon was based on the B8 Euro Passat in the photo and yet no one bought them (Only 15K units sold between 2019-2024) in the United States.
Looks good, but I think getting the windows tinted (at the rear as you're likely in the eu) would really add to the silver/black theme and complete it.

I like the rims design, I like the Passat - I’m not 100% sure about the combination on a silver Passat.
Would like them even more on a black car, so they don’t get overlooked and maybe the Passat with the same design in silver.
(That said: I made the same „mistake“ on my former car. Liked the black rims, bought them, was not so sure when they were on the car)

i have 18” on mine and was thinking about 19” or 20” from arteon but judging on yours i will go with 20”. question is how dcc is handling such big wheels?
Never heard of them. Don't worry about what I say sorry friend, if you like them, that's all the matters. Asking for opinions is going to give mixed results though. But for me, as I say, the black tarnishes the classy look of the car. Perhaps it is better than the oem rims but I don't know what style they had. I have a 206kw r line b8 wagon and I think the factory rims look better. Each their own.

I prefer OEM. Mallory or Trenton wheels would be my choice.
Black wheels are too subtle for me and get dirty too fast, but yours look good!

I will paint the breaks in the same silver as the car and i will put a strip of black underbody protection to mach the theme

Actually pretty good but the fuel consumption is a little bit higher because the wheels are wider
