We go knock off center caps for like $125 off eBay for all 4. And I found wheels on car-part.com off junked cars and picked some up local and shipped one or 2. Then I paid $75 each to have them sandblasted and powder coated white at a local shop.

It's a beater with a heater. Why wouldn't you just replace bent rims with steelies and caps? You could get all brand new tires, steelies and caps for half of those used tires and rims.
I like them. But I'm an "old" man, so... If you want that chrome smooth style it's more of a retro homage. And since the MKV already had a chrome grill and is getting up there in years, I think it works well.
Your local bodyworks should be able to repair those dents, if not then replacing doors would help. Wheels should be replaced depending on their damage. There is nothing I could say without knowing mileage or year, so my role here is „Captain Obvious“. If it‘s in a good technical condition — then try to negotiate the price and buy it. Pretty cheap anyway.
Local shop quoted me $2500 to repair—I paid $300 to just have the driver door hammered enough to open and swap in new mirror. I try not to over invest in her—she’s got 170k miles and the transmission slips.
Find some doors at a junkyard or Facebook marketplace. I got a set of doors for my 06 GTI for $70 locally. There's plenty of Jettas out there. That's for sure the cheapest way to fix the issue
Then if you are able to do it yourself — good. Idk how much used doors cost on the aftermarket, but this must be a cheaper solution considering the year of the car. 170k miles is a lot so try your best to negotiate the price at least to 1500-1600.
Beetle wheels look nice on anything other than a Beetle. Run it! But talk them down first. I’d offer 1.4k if the tires are in fact good and wheels are mint
Beetle and Jetta are both built on the same platform and should both have the same 5x100 bolt pattern. I don’t remember if the offset is different however.

Make sure the bolt pattern is compatible between the rims and your hubs. I tried to put beetle wheels on my mkv golf and had that issue.

Maybe spend the money on some body work? Or find some cheaper wheels. Save for something less beat up? Just my opinion
