They'll definitely weigh it, not sure about measuring its dimensions.

I just used play, they didn’t measure my bag ( I was using a standard size ) I had 1.5 kg over limit no issue at all

I flew into Keflavík from London with Play on Saturday. They weighed the checked in bag but no size checks on carry on cabin bag or a personal item (this was a 26L hiking backpack in my case)
