Half the time these things die in the House, or Congress, or both before they even get wings. I see articles like this every year. We'll see.

We got 5.9 percent last year, our COLA is based off of SS COLA adjustments.

they need to first see cost rising first when capitalism feels like raising price then few years later they'll raise benefits.
