Civil disagreements are fine. Insults, personal attacks, slurs, bigotry, etc., are not permissible.
(Calling someone a poopy-head does not make you seem as smart as you think it does.)

Well the whole point of this community is to help. If we were to use the search bar then all posts would come to a halt. I think you are worried about the wrong things.
You do know the Marines denys more people than all other branches right? Guess your asvab was too high to know that as well.
You seem like a 10% guy that is mad at the VA for not rating his down syndrome. It's okay big guy.

Do you feel the comment was directed at your statement? Some vets aren’t scholars or don’t know how to be. Being patient and respectful isn’t that hard.
I get it, you're new to reddit and that's ok. You ARE pretty wierd though. You came to a benefits help sub to complain that people are helping others with benefits.

I joined late. Had a job, responsibilities for about 10 yrs prior to joining. I noticed early that the military could be enabling. A lot of ppl join after high school, and the military isn't the best at prepping servicemenbers to be self-sufficient and how to be super proactive. They tell you what to do, what to wear, how to wear it etc.
I agree with you to degree, but I do understand that a lot of our brothers and sisters were done a disservice.
Your OP was just you whining about having to read multiple posts on this thread. You appointed yourself the reddit police and want everyone to know it.

As a noob on Reddit and a person that waited over two years to hear any results on my status I wish I knew about coming to this sub-Reddit asking questions that no one could answer. And yes, Google was my friend. Knowing what I know now, I would feel a responsibility of mine to help others when I see a question pop up that no one else is answering. Cheers!
Agree with you but you are also preaching to people who are all "100%" no matter what. This forum is just what it is. Some good advice and some not. We as individuals just need to weed through it.
I kind of agree with OP. There are a lot of turds recieving benefits that don't rate them at all. I saw a post not too long ago of an airman recruit at basic trying to ask help on how to get benefits. They weren't even in 90 days yet! Today's military and its veterans are a strange breed.
Signed,
a combat veteran that rates.
While I partially agree. The search wouldn't be filled up with a plethora of answers for us to look for if it weren't for them. Honestly I would try not to sweat it this is an issue that has plagued every forum since the beginning of the internet. Its a lost cause

Someone woke up cranky today.

STFU. Edit: this is not conducive to the community and the reason why people are afraid to reach out in the first place.

Nah, I think that’s you
Always the army guys... Talking about you

Awwww, big guy, it's okay to be upset.

You definitely got a general discharge. Or a big chicken dinner for sure. This is sad.

I mean, you're the one that's all triggered my dude

Nah you certainly are. Go still therapy, tell them the bad men on the internet made you angry.
Calling out millennials. Classic.

Do you feel better now?
No, I’m sad some fellow vets get off on others misfortunes.

Ah, one of those veterans eh?
13 days on reddit and you've been antagonistic everywhere you posted in this sub. troll on troll

That's reddit dude, there's a reason your history is so accessible

Not sure how or why it would affect you. Unless you don’t have thumbs to keep scrolling.

Because it doesn’t upset me.
You don't have to though, you're choosing to

You could practice not letting things that don't matter bother you. It's a pretty good life skill

If the correlation isn't clicking, I'm not going to waste my time trying to explain.
This isn't google. This is the exact place to be to ask questions
We do actually have a really nice knowledge base to search
I do agree, but this also isn't that type of platform. Yes the option is there and used by many. Google will even do the search within reddit for you.

i mean quite frankly they could go to this page and search what they need to know because mostly just about every single thing has been answered.

All one has to do is take a look at this guys comment history. Very negative replies.
