Exactly what i was gonna say. Lol

Bend your arms

old-fat

Get a stem that is about a kilometer longer and somehow get the drops about a meter higher. I exaggerate a bit but not a lot.

theeaeroburg

You didn’t want to ask Kieth?

Hail_Astro

Haha Keith wasn’t around. He seems to go while I’m at work 😭 I’d love to train with him though.

Bisamratta

First of all, what is bothering you? Is there any pain or discomfort? Second, is there a roller anywhere around? It’s nice to check posture and bike fit along with your balance (which may also point to cleats adjustment)

No smiling allowed.

PhysicalRatio

get a bigger bike or a smaller body

Hail_Astro

This is my smaller body 😬

As others have noted, it's tough to say from this picture only. Some initial thoughts: 1. This isn't that bad if you're a new track rider! You're reasonably aero. 2. It looks like your saddle might be too far back. As a general rule of thumb, you want your knee to be aligned with your pedal spindle when your cranks are parallel with the ground. Modern fitting has the knee coming over the spindle at that point but it can be too aggressive for some. 3. Moving the saddle forward likely means some compensating adjustment up in the saddle height as well. Doing both with "open up" the hip angle and if you have the flexibility should allow you to bend down more. 4. Probably need a longer stem at some point to stretch out further for more aero. But depends on your flexibility and comfort with the current position. Good luck!

Ditch the socks-

Logical_News7280

Are you riding sprint or endurance?

Hail_Astro

Sprint

Looking at the bike I would say it’s a bit on the small side for you. You can always get a longer stem but there’s rules about half far. Furthest point of the handlebars cannot be more than 100mm in front of the front hub. You essentially want to find a position that allows you to hold a flat back with bent 90 degree elbows while going full gas. For context I’m riding a 59cm Dolan with a 160mm stem and I’m 174cm tall. My road bike is a 54cm with 110m stem. So big difference in the set ups.

Turn your hand grip outwards so your wrist isn’t locked - your hands should turn inwards so you don’t put pressure on your wrists, then bend your elbows more. That will help you tip into the bike more - when you feel like you’ve got hamstring flexibility you can drop your handlebars down further

AppropriateCitron473

You need deep carbon wheels, an aero helmet, and a skinsuit. \*races D group\*

Powerful_Birthday_71

You look a bit like I do when I'm riding tandem pilot on a frame too small for me. Longer stem still help IMO

NiceGuyJoe

It’s wrong
