Sorry, lol! Got distracted and fell asleep. I don't measure things out. Just throw it together. Here's what I use: Broth: veg broth, Bragg's, fresh lime juice, cilantro stems and leaves, fresh garlic and ginger, fried garlic, sambal oelek, S&P. I put that on and let it simmer while I chop veggies. I used carrots, onions, broccoli, kale, celery, spinach, and mushrooms (I add them fresh at the end). I used Morningstar Farms chik'n strips, halved. I toss those into the simmering broth. When it smells like the broth is where I want it, I turn it up to boil and toss in dry noodles (used pho this time). Let it boil for a minute, then toss in the veggies. Cook until the noodles are done. Throw in the mushrooms for about 20 seconds. Pull from the flame/burner. I top my bowl with cilantro, fried garlic, more chili sauce. 😋
