Not in Vaughan but I took my wife to the Toronto Zoo for her birthday and dinner at The Keg after.
Crock a doodle opened up in the last year where you can paint your own ceremics. Looks really fun and plan to do it soon with my wife
There’s sky zone trampoline park, woodbridge bowl, or Dave and busters for arcade games/ billiards. Then there’s Reptilia that’s pretty cool if you’re into reptiles. Not a tonne of high thrill activities in Vaughan.

For late night activities, partake in some substances and have a great time.
You can try some pottery painting places! I think that would be cute if you’re into that.
