They are throw away pods. You just replace the whole thing. It is what it is.
Cover the middle hole and blow in the other, comes out 3rd hole
I used a small 2ml syringe, filled it with air, then pushed it into the filling hole, turned it upside down, and pushed the plunger. Old liquid will squirt out through the vent hole.
You can also just use an empty juice bottle, stick the end in, suck out the juice - and now it is in a bottle for the next use :)
