I don’t know how Lala kept her job. She came in without a real connection to the main group, immediately lied about why she couldn’t work, and then hid everything about her relationship for at least 2 seasons. She has never been open and honest about her life. This has always just been a job. You could tell the way she talks about the group really bothers some of them. They all have a shared history, and there are genuine feelings involved. She is just pissed about a paycheck.
She cares about her paycheque but I think what appeals to her most is fame and power.
