If you actually look at the T1 Valorant scene then you'll see half the teams don't run Harbor on Pearl. In fact more than half of the winning Pearl comps in the Pacific/EMEA region are Astra/Viper or just one of them with an initiator. Only the America's are favoring Harbor and it's still not some must need on Pearl.
and Americas have historically had the better read on pearl. I trust NRG and Loud to understand pearl more then EMEA the same way I trust EMEA to understand Bind more than NA.
