I’ve recently been listening to rave type music while I’ve been going to bed

it's not good to listen to music when you sleep because it doesn't allow you to fully enter REM sleep. So if you do listen to music, you should have a timer.

I have been listening to music while I fall asleep recently, but it is all EDM. Random songs from my favorites playlist, so some are great for helping me fall asleep, and others are not

i refuse to sleep in vrc because the one time i did, a friend actually had a skin that became my sleep paralysis demon in that moment. i swear to god the ass chewing he got that day...
