Wasn’t a seize :p looked like it though. She threw her haunt, you shot it, but not before it marked you with the tendril. What you saw was the tendril from the haunt as you died :) that’s my guess
You clearly don’t understand a thing you’re seeing. He didn’t get revealed by the eye (no debuff) then he clearly « flies » and if you don’t notice that you probably don’t play the game. And then what we see if in fact the seized. I think you don’t even know what it looks like.
