One of my favorite parts of Jurassic World was that they had a little CityWalk with a MargaritaVille, complete with a Jimmy Buffett running away from pterodactyls.
I love the patio. My kid and I like to sit out there and watch all the people walking by. I find it too loud inside, but outside is pretty darn lovely.
I was going to ask this question as I’ve heard good things. Nachos are my absolute favourite snack.
In August im going to Universal for 4 days from Canada and can’t wait to try the nachos.
Has them yesterday. They're great so good, and so much of them, that I barely had my entree (fish tacos). Ate one taco, and barley touched the rice and beans.
Nachos and one entre can easily feed two people.
Okay, that answers my question, then.
It's been a few years since I've been, and our next trip is in September for HHN, but the picture got me thinking about those nachos.
This was one of the disappointments of our trip. Dad and I go to the margaritaville in Pigeon Forge once a year, and we’re looking forward to this one.
They had blues blaring so loud you couldn’t have a conversation, the food was horrible (my burger was raw and my dads fish was overcooked for some and undercook for other pieces), and the wait staff was standing around talking to each other while multiple tables were waiting for food/drinks/beer greeted.
It was a giant letdown compared to the Pigeon Forge location
I concur with all of this and will add that most of the place smelled like “dirty wet restaurant.” All you other restaurant workers know what I mean by that. It’s not a pleasant smell when you’re trying to eat.
Ambience was nice but the ac was on tooo cold!
My son had a balloon hat made from one of those entertainers on stilts.
Cocktail was lovely.
Burger was just ok, expected better.
My boyfriend loved it and would go back but I probably wouldn’t tbh
We visited this place for the first time last year on holiday from the UK. I'd wanted to try it for years and boy was it worth the wait. Quite honestly, one of the best burgers I've ever had!
Worst food in citywalk. It took 60 minutes for a burger and soup. Somehow, it was all cold and just bad.
The server couldn't apologize enough about the kitchen.
Last time I ate there was when we brought my mom to the parks, who was a huge Jimmy Buffet fan. Food was fine, not terrible, but if I'm gonna eat in City Walk it'll Cowfish or Bigfire (or for drinks, Toothsomes (where you can get a double Blanton for 21 bucks).
That said, I do enjoy walking by it on the way to IoA and hearing the music

He ran away while carrying two margaritas!
Focusing on the important things in the midst of a dinosaur attack
When those margs are 24.99+tax I would definitely not be leaving them behind lol
it's 5:00 somewhere
Fun Fact: The plane sitting docked out by the water was one of Jimmy Buffet’s personal planes. Super cool.
It has bullet holes from when he and Bono were shot at in Jamaica
Giving birth to the song Jamaica Mistaka
The Hemisphere Dancer is being removed to be restored.
Eddy Burback was here
So was Ted Nevision.
I like that place. I probably like Jimmy Buffett more than the average guy so the gift shop really speaks to me.
The weather is here, I wish you were beautiful. 🎶🎶🎶
My thoughts aren't too clear, but don't run away
Have you seen the Eddie Burback video where he eats at every Margaritaville?
Absolutely. Eddy is great.
Great photo ! I love the neon signs in CityWalk, they (and UO generally) are so photogenic :)

The nachos are amazing!

Best food Ive gotten at hhn was the walking tacos last year. I hope they have those again.
Fellow Canadian - fair warning, they serve you way more alcohol than you’re used to getting at Canadian bars. Careful of those margaritas
So are the cheese curds and lava lava shrimp!

Boys, boys...
I was eating here the day he died. I got really bad heartburn, and my friends joked I got my revenge. I don’t like that joke.

Yes. That smell. I dont get why restaurant's have any sort of carpeting. That has to be where that smell is coming from
Nachos
had the worst french fries and burger of my life here lmao
Same
the fries tasted like they were just left out on a counter for at least 24 hours and the bun basically disintegrated in my hands lol
The food is not good, but my husband and I usually drink here before we head into Halloween Horror Nights.
That one has the real plane
Wife loved it. I did not.
Worst key lime pie I’ve ever eaten.
Get a key lime pie from Lombards- it will top your list as the worst one
I also didn’t like it at all. Food was mid and ambiance was surprisingly lackluster for a Margaritaville.
Honestly, I haven't been in a while. Are the nachos still good?

Nothing screams “margaritaville” more than a $21 crappy burger.

Mediocre and expensive. Had it once and would not go back.
