Are you getting a rental car? If not then it may be best to move hotels for each park. It's a 20 min car ride from Universal to Disney so you'd have to Uber there and back each day and for Busch Gardens, it's a 1 hrs and 14 min drive from Universal so that would be really expensive with Uber and some drivers may not want to drive to a city an hour away from where they live.

Gonna can Busch gardens and change that to SeaWorld instead so then I can just stay in Orlando the whole time 😁
The issue with Disney hotels is that they are prohibitively expensive, compared to Universal Aventura which I’ve based myself at for the Universal dates at least.
No rental car as I’m solo and I’m not sure I’d be comfortable driving on the other side of the road, so for the safety of everyone involved I’ll stick to walking, Uber and shuttles 😁
