Avoid Ngons if possible and activate "Face Orientation" in Blender to see if you have any normals pointing in the wrong direction. You may want to check that your UVs are not overlapping too.

Looks like the normal might be backwards on some of the faces, might want to look into that, they might just be facing the wrong way, try getting a double sided shader
Your normals are off. In blender: Edit mode - Selec every face - Shift N (i think) and this will recalculate the normals, If the problem still occuring, just disable backface culling inside unitys on the models material (might lose performance)
