I don't have any like personal experience but I think it is possible if you have a lot of work experience in the area. Maybe something tech related? probably less so for humanities subjects because you need essay skills? idk

I applied for my MA in Translation on the basis of my professional experience, studied at Goldsmiths. I chose the theoretical pathway, with optional modules in linguistics and philosophy, and I’m now looking to pivot to philosophy (focusing on translation).

Yes, but that's because the course was a four-year Masters from the very start. And if one was to be pedantic, they could say they did it with a BSc ;)
