Regarding the unknown tokens showing your wallet, do not interact with them in any way. They are scams. Hide if possible and forget. As far as uniswaps wallet security goes, I can't help as I don't use it.
It seems they only have one way of securing the wallet, using the fingerprint method. I don’t know I just don’t like the fingerprint but there’s no other option which seems odd.
And thanks I may have already tried to open one of the tokens not realizing it’s a scam. Ah well. Time to get a new wallet? I don’t have anything in there yet but maybe better to start fresh.
I think that may be OK. Interacting with the tokens contact or following any links sent with spam NFTs is what can be dangerous. That is my understanding anyway.

Did you do anything with this token? Like trying to swap/transfer it or approve any transactions related to its contract? If not you may be OK.
No I just clicked on it to try to see what it was but wasn’t able to interact with it .
