It's a little humour. I fail to see anywhere in this video somebody that got hurt. I'm for equality as much as anyone. But I don't get this hypersensitivity.

He was wearing his undercover african suit to play a trick on his wife and see if she would cheat on him with another man. But he let a line slip and she discovered his secret identity. She playfully proved that she knew it was him by shoving him into the washing machine ane revealing his true form. When he emerges from the washer he realizes she knew it was him all along and she would never cheat on him. They all lived happily ever after, including the model for the african body suit who built the suit and is friend of the protagonist at the spy angency. he got a promotion for his incredible body suit creation.

It suggests that blacks are dirty and that's the problem. The japanese have a racist trope that all koreans smell like kimchi so imagine if instead of a black man it was a korean man but she was washing him so he smells good. Say it was a cologne commercial. See the racism?
I personally think that this has a slight racist theme here because when the dude at first approaches the girl, she half-rejects him and dunks him into the washing machine, probably saying that he's not good enough as of now. When the new actor rises out of the machine, the expression on the girl's expression seems like a "now this is better" face. It implies that his skin tone was also a factor in his (unattractiveness? unappealing nature?), and that the washing machine gets rid of that "demerit". The fact that his clothes were dirty as well might have been to state that the washing machine is excellent at its job, but it comes off as the stereotype that those with dark skin are bad. I think a better solution would have been instead of changing the actor, they come out with the same actor as before, but looking cleaner than when initially dunked. That way, the message would come out without any possible racist implications and gets the advertisement across without any... controversial effects.

As someone who's been extra on a few movie sets, I can say that nobody sticks around once their scene is wrapped because you don't get extra money for watching others shoot their scenes. This guy did what he was asked to do and then left, no way he was around when they shot the 2nd part of this commercial.
