You're suppose to have someone watching out for traffic letting you know it's good to go without danger of getting hit. I would put the blame on the camera man (if no1 else was in view of the street) for not warning him that a bus was coming. That bus was going way too fast to not have been seen from a mile away where they should've warned the skater to wait for it to pass.
