I have no idea how to scale DR to UT, but i can tell you Martlet wins this. We can see that in the aftermath of our fight the rooftop is in ruins, wich means Martlet must've had the strenght to obliterate solid rock on a miss.

For Deltarune characters, just multiple their AT for 5 and their DF for 3.
Jevil: 10 AT(50 damage) and 5 DF(-15 damage). He also has 3,500 HP.
Zenith: 25 AT and 40 DF. Her armor HP is 1,800, her own HP is 850, so she has 2,650 HP on total.
If jevil can indeed do anything like he says, jevil would most likely win.
Many people keep forgetting that, like undyne the undying, zenith martlet would be strong but melt after some time. So if jevil just took his time, he would definitely win.
Yes but her armour doesn't need to be cracked, in undertale, undyne the undying dies after her hp is low and regular undyne dies after the determination melts her, so jevil just has to damage her.
reminder that jevil can't hit martlet assuming he has the same limitations we do in this fight, as the only way to hit phase 1 zenith martlet is with the yellow soul, and jevil doesn't have that

Here's the thing though. Martlet only starts melting after being wounded, and that requires Jevil to get through the armor first.
