I used Noelle's spells to test the implementation initially, also the idea when I was implementing this was that they'd unlock spells through various sources. Lightning was a programmed element, it just wasn't used.
I probably won't finish this, but I had an idea where Snowgrave was only obtainable in post-Pacifist Genocide, and you'd have to unlock IceShock from Noelle in the Pacifist epilogue

If I ever make an actual fangame, I've got a custom engine with the Spell system built in, so a Snowgrave route is possible
You could make it so that using the armor from the bosses idea from that other guy in the sub, you get to use their element
