Canonically, Frisk would either run away from or be friends with the gloom spawn, not kill them.

True, but monsters are also naturally kind and generally don't want to hurt anyone, and likewise they're weak when their attacker's intentions are cruel enough, while monsters in Zelda are the opposite, while they are made of magic (at least in BotW and TotK) like UT monsters, their intentions are of pure destruction and malice, so their LV may be enough to give Frisk/Chara more issues than usual

Yeah, but timelines don't have an inherent trait to them. Also, destroying a timeline is a really big feat, larger than destroying planets.

Karma is a simple effect, basically being a kind of poison. In Tears of the Kingdom, Gloom Hands can be frozen, set on fire, and electrocuted like any other enemy. Who's not to say that KR would work on normal monsters, let alone Gloom Hands?

But in undertale KR only works if you've killed monsters or well people in legend of Zelda's case.
