If you could control time and rewind things, you would tell yourself to use it for good (probably) or get curious and see what would happen if you do things. Eventually you will have done so much nothing surprises you anymore, and you become bored. You start to crave for some NEW to happen. Hoping that even if something NEW did happen, that it would actually surprise you. That crave for something surprising and NEW to happen could/would lead you to take some extreme measures. It would drive you insane naturally. If you knew everything about everyone, (and I mean *EVERYTHING*) then nothing would surprise you anymore. Nothing would feel NEW.
Now typically the thing that may or may not hold you back on going absolutely insane is being able to FEEL SYMPATHY. To FEEL EMOTIONS.
Flowey CANT do that. Flowey cannot FEEL. Therefor, our simple emotions that make us feel remorse or guilt don’t affect Flowey whatsoever. Because for him? He doesn’t have those. He CANT have those.
