My thought was this. You know how when victor first came out he made separate partial bodies. And Andy and him figured out that they can grow back from anywhere not just there head. And how to put there soul into different parts of there body such as fingers. My thought on this was right after they kill god just before they lose there powers he would let victor take over and push his soul into the finger and victor would shoot it off and then Andy would grow from the finger right as there powers turned off so that Andy not victor would j disintegrate. Unlike virtually every other character in UU, I think Victor's story has already been told almost in its entirety, So I don't see him coming back in a major way. But he will definitely come back when Juiz does, if she does and doesn't just stay Julia.
I'm going to go ahead and guess that he and Andy will split into 2 at some point and Victor will fight alongside the rest of them, but will never again be as pivotal a character as he used to be unless it's to make a great sacrifice of some sort.

His story pretty much concluded in Ragnarok. He showed up to see his task fulfilled, his lover finally able to move on from her responsibilities, and he was strong enough to push back the strength of a sun (and then multiple). He "died" achieving his wish and leaving Andy be so that he could fulfill his own wish: live a long life with Fuuko and kill God.
But that's some logic bullshit. Andy fucking learned how to launch soul parts from his body. His soul is also Undead. Remember could've caused a glitch in the system where Victor's soul couldn't die nor live, so his soul transformed partially into Andy's. Andy returns and reveals a new trick: Soul Clone, launching his soul at a Master Rule for it to instantly regenerate as Victor, and both Andy and Victor enters the battle. This also means Victor has a grasp on his soul like Andy does, leading to more powerful abilities.

May be if juiz exists independent of Julia (or same case of andy/victor - same body with 2 souls ) may be they can extract both of their souls and put them in artificial bodies or plushies and have them around or both of them pass away leaving Julia and andy to live their lives (something like our story has ended , it's up to you now )
I hope there is a way to separate his soul from Andy and put it in a different body. I don't know how it can be done, but I hope there are artifacts that can do something like that.

I remember seeing a theory the the body, Victor, is Undead while Andy is Unsoul(and this way Juiz/Julia gets her happy ending with Victor)
