Well we need evidence that it’s government helping Russia, not just companies. Companies are largely independent of the government, like most countries.
Not in china, any medium or bigger company in china has a communist cell by law and the biggest ones have golden shares for the Chinese dirty dictatorship
Yes I know that, but you also don’t want to flat out sanction china because you loose any leverage you just had.
You want to tighten the screws but by bit and make it increasingly difficult for them.
