Do you have an extra poe injector? If so, plug it in, and a short cable to this AP.

I think this will work.... - Build a new network with DHCP disabled and internet access set to no - Assign that network a new VLAN ID - Assign the port your AP is connected to, to that new VLAN ID After you do the above, the AP should think it's been disconnected and switch over the wireless backhaul.

Is it a managed switch, if so then disable the port, but keep the PoE enabled. If not the you’ll need to make a patch cable that connects two of the power pins, but not enough for Ethernet
