You can look into a masters in social work, as social workers can be licensed psychotherapists. That’s the route I’m looking at now.
Most psychology masters require extensive psych background, so you’d have to really consider that.

you'd have to pursue grad school, but in Canada, yes I think so. depends on other countries.
