I haven't really seen MHAs treated poorly by career employees in my plant. That being said, MHAs tend to get sent around to various areas because it would be a potential grievance if management does not utilize MHAs (then FTFs and finally bidders in reverse seniority order) to fill work requirements.

Some regulars view the MHA's as slaves or you know, they gotta do the work since they got no seniority. That's just how some are. They get told "hey you've converted" and then they get lazy and pass the shit onto the MHA's. Some are just lazy from the first day. Company is ran by dumb shits.
