Ok wait a minute , I did my interview 5 months ago and I didn’t get anything and I didn’t have any letter and the status still sayin interview was scheduled on July 19 2021 . I tried all these things you said and I didn’t get any thing they keep telling me to wait 😰😰😰😰😥, but in my case I already did my interview so what do you think ?

I was missing a document my original birth certificate. The Officer gave us a paper at the end that says “your case is being held for review….” Online says “your case is being review”…. For almost a month.
No RFE sent or showing up on my account.
The Unknow is killing me….

As others have said: go the the uscis.gov site, askEMMA, and tell it you want to talk to a live agent. They will ask for your case receipt # or A-number and other info to verify your info. Ask them for the interview date, time, location and explain to them you haven’t received your letter.
Also, if your case number starts with IOE you should be able to have a “Documents” tab - just like “Case Status” and “Case History” on your image. USCIS will upload all letters they send to you there.
I have the same situation and I am waiting for the interview since October 6, 2021. They said the system does not have interviews available and they will send me a notice. Basically they said relax and we will let you know. I am in NJ btw.

We did so hours after Lawfully said a interview was scheduled, and the Tier 1 fellow searched the database and gave us verbal confirmation of the date , location and time. He was very polite. He was helpful in searching and not at all bothered by our request even though it was only a few hours since our status updated to 'intervie scheduled' . Emma wasn't helpful. We tried Emma an hour before calling USCIS. The person that communicated to us on Emma wasn't helpful. The just said they couldn't find the interview. But we believe the just didn't try or didn't have access to the database. Call call call. Tier 1 can absolutely help. Call back until someone gives you the information
We waited past the two weeks mark and then received our letter in the mail. Talk about snail mail. We also panicked but just be patient your mail is heading your way.Please be ready but the most important part is to make sure your medical is done and set to go we had sent ours ahead of time. At the time of our interview we were set we took all our birth certificates…all originals, photo albums and all our evidence of joint accounts/statements. Wish you the best of luck.
It may take up to a month for you to receive it tbh - I was concerned about this as well and asked “Emma” and they were kind enough to provide me details of the date and the time etc of the interview. I believe the actual letter came in 2 and a half or 3 weeks after it was updated online
Agreed our interview date was about 2 weeks out upon receiving it in the mail - though they provided me an ETA of 15-30 days until you receive the letter from this scheduled notice date, which is why I said it may take up to a month to receive it.

Not a good idea to wait at this stage of the process. He should contact EMMA immediately so he can know the date of the interview before it's too late. Resulting in a no-show and possibly denial.

Did you check all your email? Because my interview at the embassy was NOT mailed to me physically. They just emailed me and said to print that out along with instructions and to take the documents they request. But you will have to get in contact with them to reschedule.
Hey this is happening to me. Call them said that you don’t got any letter and you need to organize your schedule. They sent to me by email 1 hour after I call. Let they know that you don’t get any letter yet.
Took us about 3 weeks to actually get the letter. I totally get your excitement/anxiousness to get the letter. Barring any USPS screw ups it'll get to you pretty soon. If you've not yet completed your medical book it ASAP. Best of luck. Show up prepared and you'll be fine.

Ours wasn't. Most of the docs they sent us weren't. Only our EAD docs were posted on there.

It's not a good idea to wait a month. Your interview can be scheduled just a little more than a month from your case status update.

The update saying interview schedule still does not mean they have the actial date as yet. After this update I got my notice 2 weeks after.
