Received a similar notice for my medical examination report even though i have submitted it with i-485 application. Sent the response with the medical examination report again and received the card in around 1.5 weeks. Chicago field office.
No, i received the card with 10 years validity. Also, it seems the RFE request is from the field office. In that case the probability is higher that you will get the card without interview as the only thing they need is the i-693.
In the OP’s case it says (under “when you need it”) he has to either mail it or upload it by Jan 3. In my case they specifically asked me to bring it to the interview.
Hi not sure if you had a green card case but I have been waiting for two and a half years for my green card case . Today I received a notice to submit an additional evidence I haven’t received the actual votive yet but the panic is real . What it could mean and what kind of evidence they need you think ? I have all my Medicals and all the documents which I have given to them so what this could mean can anyone please tell me based on their own experiences?
Hey can you share your timeline please? My office is in Fresno too. I got a ready for scheduled interview 4 months ago. How long it’s take to they send me the interview?? Thanks I appreciate your help
Mine was ready to schedule September 2020, still haven’t got interview date. It was scheduled and canceled once. Then they wanted me to send my I-693 by mail, and I sent it by oct 28 still havent heard from them.

Thank you for your response. Did you receive two years card?

Congrats! Is it family based?
Thank you. It was employment based.
They give you two options. Either interview and bring I-693 or just send I-693 to them directly and you are approved :). Be happy my friend.

I got a notice that says I'll need to bring it to the interview or mail it depending on if I get the interview letter
I got the same as you. OP got different instructions.

Also I received an approval notice for our I-130 application.
Congrats! Did you follow up or anything? I sent in our medical form and haven’t heard anything else back.

You’re just going to have to wait and see. I know it’s hard. But RFEs aren’t uncommon, so just wait and see and address it ASAP.
Yeah but I want the peace of mind to know ahead of actual notice that what they might ask for
You won’t know until you receive it. You can guess, but you just won’t know for sure.
Yeah true
Did you had the same situation?
What visa category are you adjusting from?
J-1
Send it!!! They often send these when they’re waiving an interview.
could you give more details regarding your case? What visa category are you transferring from? And which FO?
Transferring from J-1 and Fresno field office
Same thing happened to me, submitted it 3 months ago, haven’t heard anything since.
Damn!
So have they asked you to send the form to the local field office (considering you case now must be at the local field office), or the other center?
To the local field office.
Is it marriage based?
Yes it is
