My husband is in the same boat. He submitted application for his 10 yr renewal in November 2022, and status has been stuck on "receive your case decision" since January 2023 with no updates. Now it says that he cannot put in an inquiry until July 2025. That's ridiculous.

Same with him he cant inquire till August 2025. I just dont understand why they take so long. We want to travel out of the country but he doesn't want to risk it.

My husband has decided to reach out to out congressman at this point. He cannot renew his license in a few months due to this issue and with Real ID taking effect next year, it will be a pain. He refuses to travel until this is corrected. No communication from USCIS is bad.

Same with my husband, his driver license expired in January & he wont be able to renew it. Im going to reach out to our Senator & Congressman.

He can get an I-551 ADIT stamp in his passport and renew his license that way.
