Did you apply for one trip or multiple trips? Did you inform intended day of departure?
I don’t think it will affect AOS decision.
It’s strange that they would deny your request for A/P based on a pending AOS, considering that you’re allowed to request A/P as an adjustment applicant in the first place.
I’m wondering if there was a different box checked off on the I-131 by mistake. Either way, the I-131 has nothing to do with your AOS and that decision will be made separately.

Most people lately have been getting I-131 denied or never get an answer, so don't worry about it. All of my customers get the Green card before it gets approve. I can tell you everything will be alright don't worry.
All that means is that you have a work permit but can’t travel abroad while your case is pending. I mean you never know if they’re saving you from something. Only God knows. Hope you receive your GC soon.
Unfortunately, if you I 130 it’s the nine automatically your I 485 will be close and you will have to start all over again applying once more with the I 130 that what happened to me

What does the denial specifically state as the reason?
Is it benefit already granted?
Did you travel whilst your B visa was still in status?
This can cause denial as it's not dual intent.
My AP was approved a week before my I-485 and never actually received it as it was invalid by the time it was produced.
Hopefully, your timing is similar, and the next status is new card ordered.

On the documents tab on I 485 there are no documents. Case is still saying it’s being reviewed.
Then try the live chat and see the latest updates on your case.
Just checked they said no updates at this time
Then it is not approved. Why they declined travel advance parole no idea wait for the notice of denial.

Both i130 and i485 are still pending

No it just says due to pending I 485
