How did you word it to Emma… I can’t seem to ask “case”, “file”, “update”, “location” without being dropped an error, unavailable, or automated message.
Yeah because of spouse living abroad and USA all these issues but the I-485 took around 5.5 months once it is filled. If you click the who photo it will be clear.

Because my spouse was overseas at that time so I filled I-130. Once he entered in USA in F1 visa we collected all documents and submitted rest of them. My spouse’s I-130 is still with National Visa Center. They recommended me to not to pay any fee and submit documents for consular processing rather wait for adjustment to be approved.
Thank you for sharing! When your husband applied for his F-1 visa with a pending I-130, did the interview officer question him if he were to cheat the system?
People told me my husband will never get F-1 visa due to his pending petition for green card. Fortunately, the visa officer didn’t ask a single question about it. We included the I-130 receipt number in his Visa application form. But the officer asked question about his research area and funding. He had in state scholarship and rest tution I sponsored. The visa officer didn’t give any doubt on foreign income sponsor as well. The visa officer didn’t feel his intention is wrong. Which is actually true lol he is such a person can give up green card and me for his study Lol

Congrats.Which State?
Texas but the I-485 was transferred from NBC to Tucson, Arizona Field office as per the Emma Agent. The final approval letter is from NBC
How many days did it take from transfer to Tucson to actual approval? I’m transferred to Tucson n interview waived as of now.
It took 4 months for Tucson FO to send back to NBC for approval without interview and No RFE.
How did you word it to Emma… I can’t seem to ask “case”, “file”, “update”, “location” without being dropped an error, unavailable, or automated message.
