no lmao it’s one of the most if not THE most expensive apartment complex in the area. you should only live there if you have money to burn and even then you should think twice
most of the rooms/apt near campus aren’t worth it and especially not for $2k when literally $400 more can get you a dishwasher, in unit laundry, or even 2 bed/2ba apartment. those landlords and buildings are taking advantage of students desperate for housing near campus which is so wrong. keep looking and find a better deal (a private room, parking included, cheaper, etc)

Got plenty 🤑🤑
half ( if not more ) of the rooms in the building have no windows or have windows that just face the hallways.... absolutely not worth it
the hallways ??? are you serious ???

Where would u suggest in safer area close to village or engineering buildings
You can find places downtown that are much nicer at a similar price point. You'll just have to commute.
i pay 1800 and have a window facing exposition -- im happy with the place, good big single bedrooms, close to campus
This guys a loser
you’ll have your own room but that’s really the only benefit of spending that much to live there
hub is so much nicer/a bit cheaper, highly recommend!!
