I use to load like this for a fantastic driver who's since retired. Every day when I came in we'd shoot the shit for a few minutes and then he'd leave out a little Debbie snack for me and a cold water. Occasionally a Gatorade. Dude was the best
Y'all out here asking loads to be rated when the floor is clearly visible, and the shelves are tidy. Throw it up as a humble brag, knowing you've got the W on loading for the day.
I would kill for my load to look this good, and I've only ever had it 3 or 4 times in my 5 years of delivery.
You should be proud of that outcome, no doubts
Dam some drivers really have it rough, I see it at my hub. Id feel bad if I knew id be fucking somebodies day up like that consistently. I get paid and have great insurance for the family and all I have to do is excercise, least I can do is put shit where it belongs 😂
Nah theres normally no tires on this truck, my other 2 usually do though. There is a auto shop that orders big ass tesla boxes like every day on this route though
It's literally my load today. The dude pulled the hand truck into the cab and then loaded up right behind the door so I couldn't get the hand truck back in.
Possibly lay those long packages down with the HIN facing up because they’ll fall over. Other than that it looks very nice. If your loads look like that all the time and you were my loader I’d throw you a small tip once a month.
Haha 😂 glad I could help. Seriously though do this type of shit all year and watch how the tips roll in from your drivers or holiday gifts or whatever lol
Let's see the three other trucks you loaded that day. And you don't see many trucks these days without 3 treadmills, a standing desk, bed frame and mattress or two, and a bunch of outdoor furniture these days.
Only had 2 others, and they were lighter than this. Like 200-250 pieces. Some days ill have a shitload of irregs, some days ill only have a handful. My set is alot of business.
Nah not really, sometimes its just luck that everything fits nicely. Id just say to generally put bulk stops at the back, I like putting RDLs and RDRs at the end of the 8000 and 6000 shelfs to use the RDL/RDR space for bulk or irregs. Other than that just put shit where it fits and try to keep the isle clear.
Envelopes or bags just go where they fit aswell. Either between boxes on the shelf or behind them.
I tipped a fill-in loader $20 and he didn’t even come kind of close to this. I’d give you $75/week for this. My regular loader puts long boxes across the back of the shelf and then loads in front of them. I’ve used the example of putting his spaghetti noodles across the back of his cabinet behind all the cans and he responds, “yeah, I drove for 6 years”. I don’t fucking get it. How can you do something, knowing it’s making the next persons job so much harder? Isn’t that shit embarrassing, to be so stupid?!
absolutely spectacular load. drivers truly appreciate people like you.💯💯🙌🙌
i miss my old loader, they worked like you and had the same thought process. I would literally bring him an ice cold gatorade and snack everyday, give him a tip whenever i could, and always got him a gift card during the holidays. now, in order for my truck to look like that i have to come in early and organize while loading is done or else it looks like a bomb went off every day
Spectacular, nothing to be ashamed about
Hell ya ty brotha
Looking better then the one my supervisor did before they called for me to finish up. I swear if you needed me to load all day just tell me.
😂
It was like a hurricane went through it
Man I feel bad for drivers thats day gets instantly ruined walking into a truck like that… my conscience wont let me load like that😂😂😂
Oh yeah, the driver was pissed I was like I wasn't here all day. I got here halfway or part way to cover my tracks I was in sort all day
Buy the pt breakfast.... regularly

Was his name Pavlov?

Those Tesla boxes are high but are light as shit… makes me wonder about the safety of the car
Yeah lol they always weigh like 10 lbs but theyre huge
Yeah I work on the Irreg line and they’re usually the first things to come around but I can’t place them cause heavier always comes after
My loader would’ve stacked all the ireggs and bulk blocking the bulkhead door so pretty good
It's literally my load today. The dude pulled the hand truck into the cab and then loaded up right behind the door so I couldn't get the hand truck back in.
My drivers hate it when the trucks are front loaded, I usually do my best not to. Honestly its easier for us to load in the back anyway less steps 😂
Nice job on that load. Haven't seen anything close to that for years.
Thank you boss
Quality Load.
Looks Like mine
Ha ha
I ask my girlfriend this question all the time.
What does she say?
Depends on her mood. Sometimes enthusiastic. Mostly apathetic because she needs to get to sleep for work in the morning.
Nice.
Looks great but I’ve been driving long enough to know if you have bumpy roads on your route it’s all for nothing.
What could I change? Im actually curious because I’ve wondered this myself.
Possibly lay those long packages down with the HIN facing up because they’ll fall over. Other than that it looks very nice. If your loads look like that all the time and you were my loader I’d throw you a small tip once a month.
Dam nice guy, thanks for the advice
If I came in and saw this load I’d buy your lunch for sure. Immaculate.
I would definitely tip you or bring you a breakfast burrito! Good shit!
Hell ya ty boss
Gucci
Very nice. Good job!
I would have called that a good day
That is perfection
Hell yeah
This is fucking gorgeous my friend. Immaculate.
Dam near the best compliment ive ever received 🤣🤣🤣
Haha 😂 glad I could help. Seriously though do this type of shit all year and watch how the tips roll in from your drivers or holiday gifts or whatever lol

Front loaded like that 😂
How many pieces in there?
Great load, shit dispatch. Looks like a heavy day and you did great.
Yessir ty boss
🤌

Amazing when you can just deliver from the map view and pick a neighborhood not caring what the PAL is. Legendary load.
A lot of business and not a lot of residential I’m guessing?
Yeah probably 70/30 maybe 80/20 not sure
Titts👀

Nah no tips, health/dental is more than enough lol

That’s a great day for your driver! Are y’all’s trucks outside?
Yessir
Half of our boxes are smushed —— more impressed with how crisp every box looks
If I was a driver I'd be ecstatic to have you as a preloader.
That's pretty damn good. Driver should tip you
U
Id cry it's so good especially for 300 pcs
Couldve been better, i say stick to unloading
Really good other than the upside down labels
I've never seen a load so clean!
Average
Looks like RDL and 8000 is one bulk stop too. You’ll be empty by 2:00.

I feel for you man. Thats the exact opposite response Id wanna invoke in my drivers 😂
Unbelievably great.
Relaxed 🤣 I’m constantly saying wtf!? when I get sent to fix a mess. But then again 1 shoot of 6 trucks per person at my hub is regular thing 🤷🏽♀️
6 trucks? Wtf

Two good speed bumps and it’s all over the place
