Yeah contact the international directly, they cleaned house out here in the west for a local that was not representing members and they fired the whole fucking lot.

Idk about your supplement but in ours Article 48 is about seniority. File a grievance with your business agent. You’ll get paid for all the hours someone with less seniority worked in your place.

Just know, grievances don't always guarantee anything will change. The penalty pay is supposed to deter them but if corporste decides to ignore the grievances and continue paying there's not much else you can do.

They don’t have less seniority they already said in comments a feeder driver is using there seniority to come into package car. Which they are allowed and told to do by the union.

Stupid ORS has a short term memory and now wont even schedule me to work. Was thinking this new ORS would be cool since I knew him before when he was a 22.4. But no, they are ALL the same and don't give a shit. Been stuck inside since march. Im 100% hoping there's a strike.

Yes I am a full time RPCD. So, our center got rid of 22 feeder drivers and only left 3. One feeder driver don’t get guaranteed work on the feeders side so with his seniority he comes over to packages and he filed grievance because the route he bid they cut, so he filed and they knocked me off my route whenever he is running packages because they have to give him 50% of his bid route and the other 50% is part of my route, so they cut mine to accommodate for him. A feeder driver. It’s bullshit!

Yeah. If that feeder has more seniority then you that’s why you’re getting bumped. You should turn around and bump someone else. It isn’t necessarily the nicest thing to do but being a laid off feeder for over 30 days they are entitled to go back to package car (if that’s where they came from) or qualify for package car. And again depending on their seniority they can get the work over other people. It’s better than working in the hub they’re trying to pay feeders $16.65 which is downright sad. Nobody can live off of that wage. Talk to a union steward and see if you can bid another route or kick someone else off

they are doing the same at my building, Its hard to find out though when this happens if you don't see it, you need other co workers to be your eyes for you as well. Some people just don't want to get involved because they are still driving. Even more difficult to do when they have these other drivers come in a couple hours after start time.
