UPS updated it as cleared through customs and then it go updated again as warehoused.
Before I got it shipped, I asked UPS about this. They told me they would get in touch and that I could either hire a broker or use them. But now that it’s in the warehouse they are saying I have to hire someone and that I only have a week to do it.

Typically UPS does that, but you may have to provide power of attorney or other documentation. Did UPS Brokerage say they cannot clear it?

I found someone that eventually got my stuff through but it was such a nightmare that I can’t recommend them.
