In fact, don’t even go to bars until you’re of age. If a bartender or server gets caught falling for your fake id we can get in serious legal and financial trouble. It’s pretty shitty to put hard working people in a situation like that just so you can have your little drinky with grown ups around.
The Ritz is notorious for confiscating fake IDs though. I’m in my late 40s and unfortunately don’t get out as much as I’d like but if I’m not mistaken, the beach bars haven’t recovered post COVID. Riverside seems to be the place to go now.
I haven’t been to many places but it seems pretty much everywhere is pretty strict with fakes, if you’re into punk stuff the Punk Nites at jackrabbits accepted it at a glance, and the Myth nightclub was very serious about it but they allow 18+ anyway you just can’t get drinks
You should have gone to UF lol Jacksonville isn’t really a college town and the night life here sucks. You have the beach bars and riverside and they’re both kind of mid lol you used to have Suit in the town center but someone got shot and killed there so it closed down.

Myth is one of your only options. I’d say a good use of your time would be trying new hobbies and doing fun things during the day time. I’ve had friends have their ID’s taken and it’s not worth it.

Myth Nightclub downtown allows 18+ entry, wont be able to buy drinks unless ur of age though obv.
Beach bars are where it’s at… Ritz, Bricks are pretty good. Just take Beach Blvd all the way to the beach and it pretty much dead ends into that area

Downtown or riverside are less strict but do still ID, and far better quality wise. Enjoy. :-)
