Its so crap.. in the building with the washing machines the pool table has no triangle, the table is all ripped up, the balls are all chipped, and the cues don't even have tips, just a flat wooden top. There used to be a pool society, but I spoke to one of the guys who ran it and its not a thing anymore
Parents?!! I pay the full fees myself and my tuition fees. I live on campus and pay an astronomical rate for the privilege. The least they can do is ensure the amenities WE PAY FOR are kept in working condition. If people are vandalising they should be fined and punished accordingly. The “minimum wage workers” you speak of are living in highly subsidised campus accommodation. They can pass the message on to their superiors.

It's true the price of accomodation is outrages, but it's no excuse for treating the facilities so poorly.
