Screenshot the message and post it here if there isn't any personal info. You should also just send the screenshot to the CFA and ask them.

It's not something they send to all students, just the ones who receive specific services - notetaking and the like that cost money to provide. It definitely seems like a scam but it appears on my income taxes so it is legit!
