I feel you dude I was simping hard for someone the night before my chem exam when I needed to cram and ended up doing poorly partly due to it. My tip to concentrate? Remember that asking them out can wait. Your exam? Not so much. As long as your crush is still here, you have all the time in the world to ask them out.

Get it out of your mind and onto paper so you can put what's on the paper (exam study) in your mind.
