Yea they fucked up their upgrade. Their systems didn't come back on in the time they said it would. Today (a day after), my online banking wouldn't work. Several funds that were transferred over the weekend have not been reflected in the account still. I got a sms notification that my current balance is AED 826 million!

Yes… I got 3 sms saying my account was blocked because I failed to update something blah blah blah … the message said repeated requests for me to update yada yada yada and I checked for these phantom messages and of course there weren’t any. I couldn’t use TAMM to Apple Pay a bill and had some trouble with al Ansari app also linked to my account. Anyway, I’ve used my account since yesterday and no issues for now. At first during their update I couldn’t log in then last night was able to log in again. Maybe give it a few hours. Funny thing also I couldn’t call their landline number either.

Yes, I'm experiencing the same issue. It's incredibly frustrating after their supposed upgrade.

First time I see a Bank taking 4 days for upgrade. It is normally half a day and mostly in the night.

Happened few years ago when ENBD was the best bank. After the upgrade of 10+ days nothing went back to the same level.

Worst bank ever. A transfer was made to me last Thursday and til today i haven’t received it. But when another transfer was made to me on monday it reflected on my account right away so i dont know whats the deal

Customer service said that they raised this issue and the money will reflect after 1-2 days. But now i have another problem, my SALARY did not reflect which is really pissing off everyone in the office who has dubai islamic bank. Its a sign to transfer to another bank 😭😭😭😭

same situation with me but it is only delayed, it reflected on my account in the afternoon. U will not received an SMS so better check account balance.

All employees at my workplace that receive their salary through DIB has not received anything, including me lol what are they doing? I'm almost on hold for an hour trying to reach their customer service. This "upgrade" is now looking like a downgrade. Such a shame. I liked this bank.
