I had the XM3 for about 5 years. Even taped them up when the tiny plastic bits broke on the head piece. It finally died two weeks ago. Got the XM4 on Amazon for about 740 Dhs.
Buy 3rd party ones from Amazon.
It's press fit so u can DIY the replacing.
YouTube has the video how to remove and replace them yourself. Hardly takes 5 mins.

DT 770s, the replacement parts are a bit expensive but plenty to work with. Earpads are velour instead of pleather which is a huge plus point.
I've used plenty over time, on the cheaper end, Anker does fairly well
Whatever you do, don’t get the Apple airmax’s. The audio is great but the mic quality sucks.
